Facilitates trade-off decisions, when needed, by balancing business needs, customer experience, and technical feasibility.
Works with stakeholders to create, maintain, and prioritize product and iteration backlogs for maximum efficiency.
Motivates stakeholders and maintains an intense focus on delivering positive outcomes.
Enables continuous improvement to maximize the benefit of the customer and stakeholder input by synthesizing and integrating feedback into the product roadmap.
Facilitates meetings for such things as team cadence, cross platform coordination, discovery, framing, and stakeholder governance.
Supports the team by working toward the removal of obstacles and distractions.
Develop performance and quality measures for product management activities and provide tracking and periodic reporting on these measures.
Engage in procurement and contract administration activities as required to ensure the Department obtains the resources required to fulfill program requirements and objectives.
Engages productively and effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Develops written and oral correspondence of outstanding quality.
Identifies, tracks, manages, and reduces the impact of risks and issues.
Manages vendor relationships to ensure high levels of quality.
Meets legal, regulatory, and policy mandates.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education Bachelorrsquos Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Public Health, or other related discipline.
Masterrsquos degree andor project management certification is preferred.
PMP certification PMI-ACP, CSPO, SAFe SA, or SAFe APM or equivalent certification.
General Experience At least five (5) years of experience in product management managing major (1M or more) products in a high-technology development environment with cross-functional teams.
At least two (2) years specialized experience managing products in a healthcare environment.
Must demonstrate at least three examples of leading product discovery, backlog management, and end-user testing for government or healthcare.
Experience participating in the development and testing of applications on Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Force.
com, andor Google Cloud Platforms.
Experience with agile tools such as Jira.
Experience managing vendors and service providers.
Experience working with and managing onsite and remote teams.
Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Demonstrates capacity to engage effectively with stakeholders and all levels.
Experience in running large, complicated IT application designs, developments, and implementations.
Experience managing requirements processes including conducting interviews and documenting technical requirements.
Experience managing design activities including design sessions and defining future state processes.
Experience with industry-standard System Development Life Cycle methodologies.
Prior experience with SCRUMAgile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
